Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Virello VPN (the 'Service'), operated by AGT Crunch Acquisition LLC ('we', 'us'). By creating an account or installing the software you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited by law.
2. Account
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Use your plan only on the permitted number of devices. Do not share or resell access.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Windows software for personal or internal business use. You may not reverse engineer or modify it except where law allows.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free plans may have data, speed and location limits.

7. No guarantee
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or access to any particular site. A VPN does not make you anonymous or guarantee security.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York; disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
