You agree not to use Virello VPN to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe others' rights, including copyright.
• Distribute malware or phishing, or conduct hacking, port scanning or denial-of-service attacks.
• Send spam or run bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Produce, share or access child sexual abuse material, or exploit minors in any way.
• Harass, threaten or defraud others, or commit identity theft or payment fraud.
• Run abusive automation, scrape at scale, or overload our network.
• Resell or share your account outside the plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate access and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities for violations.
